I’m back after 5 crazy days of running, hanging, fixing, talking, enjoying. The opening of the exhibition took place Tuesday and in my eyes it was a great success, lots of people, nice atmosphere and I SOLD quite a few photos. When I saw the first red dot next to a photo, I could feel tears in my eyes actually. Great feeling.

I got a lot of help and support from my good friends Anna and Sergio, both artists (I will add links later, you can find Annas homepage in the blogroll to the right) who virtually took my by the arms and just helped me though the whole thing. They were invaluable for the hanging of the photos, real pros! When we had finished, I felt such confidence because of the expert hanging. We had a great evening!

The opening was so much more fun than I expected, lots and lots of people turned up, some I hadn’t seen for 25 years, others I didn’t even know but they were all so nice and positive that I didn’t need to feel nervous, just happy!

And the best thing is-I will make another exhibition in about a year time! Couldn’t be better!
